This Lease Agreement ("Agreement") is made between IonThrive ("Lessor") and the undersigned ("Lessee") for the lease to own of an Ion Thrive Hydrogen Water Machine.

1. Lease Terms

• Lease to Own Period: 48 Months
• Retail Value of Equipment: $3,400 for Alkaline and $3,600 for Hydrogen (USD)
• Monthly Lease Fee: $120/month
• Down Payment: $700

2. Leasing Requirements

To lease the machine, Lessee must provide:✅ Valid Driver’s License✅ Home Address✅ Two References (personal or professional)✅ Active Credit Card on file for autopay of monthly charges✅ Social Security Number for soft pull credit check

3. Payment Terms

• All monthly fees will be automatically charged to the credit card on file.
• First charge will occur on date of purchase and will repeat on that day every month.
• Late payments (more than 5 days past due) are subject to a $25 late fee.
• Deposit will be refunded within 14 days of equipment return in good condition.

4. Condition & Use

• Lessee agrees to use the machine only as intended for household or light commercial use.
• Lessee is responsible for routine care including filters.
• Damage beyond normal wear and tear, or missing components, may result in partial or full forfeiture of the deposit.

5. Filter Changes & Service

• Three Annual Filter Replacements are included in Lease program.
• After the 3 annual filters, Lessee is responsible for purchasing and replacing filters.

6. Liability

• Lessor is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use or inability to use the equipment.
• Renter assumes full responsibility for the machine during the rental period.

7. Termination

• Lessee or Lessor may terminate this agreement with 14 days’ written notice.
• Upon termination, the machine must be returned in good condition to avoid deposit forfeiture.

8. Agreement Acknowledgment

By signing below, Lessee agrees to the terms and conditions outlined in this Agreement.
