This Rental Agreement ("Agreement") is entered into by and between: Rentor: Impax World Inc. ("Company"), with a principal business address at 189 Blue Ravine Rd Suite #110, Folsom, CA 95762 and the "Renter" as listed below.

1. Rental Equipment 

The Company agrees to rent to Lessee the following equipment: 

[Model Description: Ion Thrive Hydrogen or Alkaline Water Machine] 

Includes: three-stage filtration system, maintenance guide, and optional installation service 

2. Term 

The rental term shall be indefinite from the Effective Date unless earlier terminated in accordance with this Agreement.  

3. Pricing 

Monthly Rental Fee: $89 per month 

Downpayment: Nonrefundable $400 plus 1st rental fee 

Optional Installation Fee: Table top $100 or “None if self-installed” 

Payment Due Date: Monthly payments are due the day of the first rental and every 30 days thereafter. Late payments are subject to a late fee of $25 after a 5-day grace period. 

Payments shall be made via automatic debit or credit card unless otherwise agreed in writing.  

4. Ownership 

The machine remains the sole property of the Company. Renter has no rights of ownership or resale unless a separate Lease-to-Own Addendum is signed. 

5. Maintenance & Filters 

The renter is responsible for replacing filters when prompted by the machine or at regular intervals according to manufacturer's instructions.

Renter is responsible for regular cleaning and filter changes as specified in the user manual. 

Additional filters may be purchased directly from the Company for $89 each. 

The Company is responsible for major repair and service unless damage is due to misuse or neglect. 

6. Damage, Loss, or Misuse 

Renter is responsible for the safe use of the machine. 

In the event of damage, misuse, theft, or loss, Renter may be responsible for repair or replacement costs. 

Normal wear and tear excluded. 

7. The Company may terminate the agreement for non-payment or misuse with 10-day written notice. 

8. Return of Equipment 

The machine must be returned in reasonable working conditions, allowing for normal wear and tears. Excessive damage may result in some fees. 

9. Digital Acceptance 

Renter agrees that digital signatures and electronic confirmations of this Agreement shall be valid and enforceable. Digital acceptance of terms via email, e-signature platform, or web portal shall constitute binding acceptance. 

10. Liability Disclaimer 

The Company makes no medical claims. This machine is not intended to diagnose, treat, or cure any disease. Use is at the sole discretion of the customer. Refer to included product guide for safe usage. 

11. Governing Law 

This Agreement shall be governed by the laws of the State of California. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Sacramento County, California.
